Challengences affecting women Just for kickem start things... I think currently the current government should look deep in the issue about affirmative actions for women. The fact is that since independence, women are always under-represented in the highest house of the land. Thus their voice are always kept quiet. I see this as a 'democractic defeceit' though Solomon Island claimed itself to be a democratic country. The aforementioned is just to kick start things....or hao?

Women in leadership I think we need to re-develop our political party credos to accomodate women in leadership roles. An example: NZ Sposoship (emhasis Women) New adverts in Solstar ( NEED FEMALE DRIVERS) etc etc
